My name is Jake Stivers and I own Stivers Construction.  I have been working on homes for over 25 years.  My experience ranges from remodeling/additions to building new custom homes.  I enjoy building decks and doing concrete work as well.  

Custom building is my expertise and I take a lot of pride in the work we produce.

I employ a crew of experienced and well-trained carpenters to build the project you desire.

I work with some of the best subcontractors local to Calaveras and Amador counties that provide extensive knowledge and experience in their trades such as drafting, plumbing, electrical, drywall and more.   

Together, we provide a construction service that will take your project from design phase to finish.
